Disclaimer

we have provide some of product that you get warranty by slip,if your product to be damage then we exchange it by warranty slip of this product. And some of product that we have no warranty. You have no exchange of this product.

আমরা এমন কিছু পণ্য সরবরাহ করেছি যা আপনি স্লিপের মাধ্যমে ওয়ারেন্টি পান, যদি আপনার পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয় তবে আমরা এই পণ্যটির ওয়ারেন্টি স্লিপের মাধ্যমে বিনিময় করি। এবং কিছুপণ্যের যে আমাদের কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি নেই। আপনার এই পণ্যটির কোনো বিনিময় নেই।

 

Product delivery rules

The delivery rate that we have given is limited to the product weighing 2 kg.If the product is over 2 kg, the delivery rate will be higher. The delivery charge for ceiling fan or any large product outside Dhaka is 250 taka and 150 taka inside Dhaka. If necessary, the product should be taken through courier service.

আমরা যে ডেলিভেরী রেট দিয়েছি  তা ২ কেজি ওজন এর প্রোডাক্ট পর্যন্ত সীমাবদ্ধ।প্রোডাক্ট ২ কেজির উপর হইলে ডেলিভেরী রেট বেশী হইবে।ঢাকার বাহিরে সিলিং ফ্যান বা বড় ধরণের কোন প্রোডাক্ট এর ডেলিভেরী চার্জ ২৫০ টাকা আর ঢাকার ভিতরে ১৫০টাকা ,প্রয়োজনে প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে নিতে হবে।

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

এই শর্তাদি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুসারে শাসিত এবং ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে আইনের বিধানের বিরোধ বিবেচনা না করে।এই শর্তাবলীর কোন অধিকার বা বিধান কার্যকর করতে আমাদের ব্যর্থতা সেই অধিকারগুলির মওকুফ হিসাবে বিবেচিত হবে না। যদি এই শর্তাবলীরকোনো বিধান আদালত দ্বারা অবৈধ বা অপ্রয়োগযোগ্য বলে ধরা হয়, তবে এই শর্তাবলীর অবশিষ্ট বিধান কার্যকর থাকবে। এই শর্তাদি আমাদের
পরিষেবা সম্পর্কিত আমাদের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ চুক্তি গঠন করে এবং পরিষেবা সম্পর্কিত আমাদের মধ্যে আমাদের মধ্যে থাকা পূর্ববর্তী চুক্তিগুলিকে বাতিল করেএবং প্রতিস্থাপন করে৷

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

এই সংশোধনগুলি কার্যকর হওয়ার পরে আমাদের পরিষেবা অ্যাক্সেস বা ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যাওয়ার 
মাধ্যমে, আপনি সংশোধিত শর্তাবলী দ্বারা আবদ্ধ হতে সম্মত হন। আপনি যদি নতুন শর্তাবলীতে 
সম্মত না হন তবে দয়া করে পরিষেবাটি ব্যবহার করা বন্ধ করুন৷
